Refund policy for Knifeify. 

At Knifeify, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist with returns and refunds under the terms and conditions below.

1. Eligibility for reimbursement
To be eligible for a refund:

The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as touched.
Refund requests must be made within 15 days of receiving your order.
Proof of purchase is required, such as a receipt or order receipt.

2. Non-returnable items
We do not accept returns or refunds:

Custom or personalized products.
Damage due to misuse, neglect or improper care.
sale or removal of goods (unless damaged).

3. How to apply for the refund
To initiate a refund:

  • Approval: Once we have reviewed your request, we will let you know if we have approved or denied the refund.
  • Returns: Approved returns must be returned to the address provided. You are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Once we have received and verified your return, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed in the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is caused by an error on our part (e.g. incorrect or damaged item shipped).
